Peter is an independent Strategy and Marketing Consultant that engages with clients globally, to develop and implement commercial strategies and marketing programmes. Peter aims to inspire change by helping our clients embrace new behaviours, new customers, new markets and ultimately new revenue streams.
Primarily focused on telecommunications and high tech clients, Peter works with a range of organisations from software vendors, equipment manufacturers, network operators and value added service providers, to resolve key strategic and marketing issues, focusing on:

- Proposition and product development
- Channel strategy and management
- Marketing mix optimisation

Once the consulting phase of an assignment is completed, Peter can support the implementation of the resulting programmes, either directly or through a network of Partner agencies.
Due to a diverse client base, from small start-ups to large corporations, Peter providesa range of support options from ad-hoc to project based assignments. Where straight consulting is not appropriate for our clients, Peter can also provide an injection of management expertise on an interim basis.
